## Meaning

This phrase means two or more things are happening together, at the exact same moment. You can also use it to introduce a contrasting idea, similar to 'but' or 'however'.

## Examples

- I can talk and walk at the same time.
- She wants to learn a new language, but at the same time, she is worried about having enough free time.
