## Meaning

you use this to say that something is true or will happen no matter what else is true. It also helps you return to your main point after talking about something else.

## Examples

- It might rain, but we are going in any case.
- The train might be delayed, but in any case, we should arrive before the meeting starts.
- Although the evidence remains somewhat inconclusive, the committee has decided to proceed with the project in any case, prioritizing immediate action over further deliberation.
