## Definition

a feeling of being sick or losing your appetite. It is a very rare word used to describe a lack of desire to eat.

For teachers: a state of nausea or loss of appetite. Often used in medical or literary contexts to describe a physiological aversion to food.

## Examples

- The patient suffered from abrosia after the surgery.
- The doctor noted that the patient's abrosia was likely a side effect of the new medication rather than a psychological issue.
