## Definition

a medical condition where a person feels they have no will or purpose. It is a rare mental illness that makes it hard to make decisions.

For teachers: a rare mental disorder characterized by a lack of volition or will. It is often associated with a loss of the ability to initiate or sustain goal-directed behavior.
