## Definition

easy to reach, use, or understand. You use this to describe things that are not difficult for people to get to or for everyone to use.

For teachers: capable of being reached, entered, or used; also refers to information or language that is easy to understand. Often used in the context of digital design or public infrastructure.

## Examples

- The new website is very accessable for people with disabilities.
- The library moved the books to a lower shelf to make them more accessable to young children.
- While the technical manual is comprehensive, it is not particularly accessable to the average user who lacks a background in engineering.
