## Definition

a person who cries or complains too much, especially when they are upset or hurt. It is a rude way to describe someone who is very sensitive.

For teachers: a person who is perceived as being overly sensitive or prone to crying and complaining. Highly informal and derogatory in register; typically used to dismiss someone's emotional reaction as trivial.
