## Definition

a toy that has two round parts joined by a stick, with a string wrapped around it. You make it go up and down by holding the string and moving your hand.

For teachers: a toy consisting of two disks connected by a central axle, around which a string is wound. It is operated by holding the free end of the string and allowing the disks to descend and ascend through gravity and rotational momentum.
