## Definition

the condition of your mind and how you feel emotionally. It is about how you handle stress and relate to other people.

For teachers: a person's condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being. Often used in clinical, social, and personal contexts.

## Pitfalls

- Not "He has a good mental health." but "He has good mental health." — as an uncountable noun, 'mental health' does not take an indefinite article like 'a'.
